Me and my family want to give a shout out to Colby and Edgeline Restoration for helping us in a time of need, dealing with first major water damage. He came to meet with us on a very short notice, performed a very thorough inspection of the damaged area and talked us through the process to address the repairs.  He then followed up with emails to provide additional helpful info, while never trying to upsell anything.  Interactions with him have already made this whole catastrophe less stressful. Edgeline Restoration is the strong partner you want to advocate on your behalf. Their professionalism, effectiveness, and quality of work cannot be overstated. From start to finish, Colby and his entire team demonstrated their ability to handle my situation with integrity, care, precision, and patience. When I had the displeasure of experiencing a burst water pipe, I first opted for the preferred restoration provider my insurance suggested. This was a mistake. To their credit, they were able to ensure coverage. However, the service provided wasn’t the experience I was hoping for. In deciding to get a second opinion, I was lucky to find Edgeline Restoration through a public adjuster. The owner Colby responded quickly to assess the situation. My home was tested for the presence of moisture above acceptable levels using instruments and tools to collect actionable information. Each recommendation Colby makes to restore your home is supported by the facts of this data. He is happy to take the time to explain circumstances so your choices are well informed. Weekly updates were also provided via email/text/phone including pictures when relevant. Once the extent of damage was determined, necessary demolition was performed safely. Materials that could be salvaged and reused were preserved. Their attention to detail in this regard was impressive. All hardware and components required for re-installation of household fixtures and accessories (blinds, closet shelving, sinks, disposals, outlet and light switch covers, etc.) were saved and accounted for. This helped to keep future costs down. Despite the movement of materials varying in large size and weight, plus limited space in the garage due to furniture and other items left on the premises, no additional damage to the house or goods on property was detected. Colby saw to it that expectations were met from beginning to end. His passion and expertise for this work is obvious and he means to do right by his clients. With an encyclopedic knowledge of the industry, he possesses the cachet necessary to keep your home’s remediation project progressing in the right direction. We had the best experience with Edgeline Restoration. I would have been completely lost when it came to our loss due the a hot water leak under our 1930 home. Edgeline Restoration’s makes their clients best interests a priority. They listen to your questions, comments,  and concerns, when it comes to their process, the insurances companies process, referrals for contractors, etc. The  patience that was shown with my thousands of stupid questions were always answered calmly, thoroughly, and timely. Koodo’s to Colby for making this negative experience with the damage that was done to our house from the hot water leak, and turning it into a positive learning experience, with a positive outcome for us.
